I’ve been keeping a close eye on the weather channel since Hurricane Harvey is threatening the Gulf Coast. I have family in Houston and Channel View, Galveston, Friendswood – all through that area that have chose to ride out the storm. A little intense but I suppose they know what they want to do! Me, I’d take this opportunity for a road rip farther inland! The tornado and flooding risks are enough for me, let alone the impact of Hurricane Harvey.

All of you that chose to ride out the storm, stay safe. Keep plenty of water and crackers and canned meats on hand; flashlights and batteries and charge up your laptops and phones… Keep in touch with the outside world.
